BMW Group and Daimler AG agree to combine mobility services

宝马集团与戴姆勒集团已经达成协议，携手为客户提供一站式的可持续城市出行服务。3月28日，双方签署合约，将整合各自旗下的出行服务的业务模块。

The BMW Group and Daimler AG are joining forces to offer customers a single source for sustainable urban mobility services. The two companies signed on March 28 an agreement to merge their mobility services business units.

在通过竞业管理机构检验和批准之后，宝马集团与戴姆勒集团将旗下已存在的共享汽车、网约车服务、停车服务、充电网络、多模式联运等业务进行合并和扩充。

Subject to examination and approval by the responsible competition authorities, the BMW Group and Daimler AG plan to combine and strategically expand their existing on-demand mobility offering in the areas of CarSharing, Ride-Hailing, Parking, Charging and Multimodality.

双方将各掌握合资企业50%的股份。但在各自的核心业务领域中，双方的竞争关系将保持不变。

Each company will hold a 50-percent stake in a joint-venture model comprising both companies’ mobility services. The two companies will remain competitors in their respective core businesses.

合资企业的目标是成为创新出行服务的领导者。宝马集团与戴姆勒集团都希望能够塑造未来出行，为客户提供独特的出行体验，并支持城市和社区实现可持续出行。

The aim of this transaction is to become a leading provider of innovative mobility services. Both automotive manufacturers aim to shape the mobility of the future to be able to offer their customers unique experiences and support their partners, such as cities and communes, in achieving sustainable urban mobility.

双方都希望客户能够轻松使用智能而无缝衔接的完整出行生态系统。宝马集团与戴姆勒集团计划，这一全新业务模式将以可持续的方式快速增长，并在全球实现规模效益。

The partners intend to offer their customers a holistic ecosystem of intelligent, seamlessly connected mobility services, available at the tap of a finger. Together, the BMW Group and Daimler AG plan to grow this new business model sustainably and enable rapid global scaling of services.

作为合作伙伴，双方将致力于解决城市交通出行以及不断变化的客户需求所提出的挑战，并与城市、社区与其他利益相关方一同努力提高城市中的生活质量。

Working as partners, both companies are thereby addressing the challenges arising from urban mobility and changing customer wishes, and cooperating with cities, municipalities and other interest groups to improve quality of life in major cities.

The merger will promote electromobility, for example, by offering electrified CarSharing vehicles, as well as easy access to charging and parking options. As a result, it will become even easier to experience and use sustainable mobility services.

GE Aviation and China Eastern sign digital service agreement

GE航空集团与中国东方航空股份有限公司近日签署协议，未来三年内为东航的超过700架飞机提供全面数字化分析解决方案。

China Eastern Airlines (CEA) and GE Aviation reached agreement to provide a comprehensive digital analytics solution for the CEA fleet of more than 700 aircraft over the next three years.

GE航空集团与东航在数字化领域的合作起始于2013年。此次协议中的数字化分析解决方案基于GE航空的大数据平台，明确两家公司在未来三年深入的数字化合作。

GE Aviation and CEA started their digital collaboration in 2013. As part of the agreement, GE Aviation will provide digital analytics based on GE’s big data platform that will define in-depth digital cooperation between the two companies for the next three years.

涵盖发动机和飞机维修、飞行安全、运营效率以及营销/收益分析等50多个数字化服务项目。

The agreement covers more than 50 digital service projects spanning from engine and aircraft maintenance, flight safety, operational efficiency and marketing/revenue analytics.

GE航空集团表示，此次协议的签署是GE与航空公司全面数字化合作的一个很好的范例。

GE Aviation says this agreement marks a great example of comprehensive digital cooperation with an airline operator.

数字化服务可以很好地帮助东航加强飞行风险管控能力，并为整个航空公司运营带来潜在的大量节省成本的机会。

It can significantly help China Eastern strengthen their flight risk management capability, as well as bring potential significant savings across the airline’s operations.

道达尔投资中国能源领域

Total to invest in the new energy sector in China

道达尔风险投资国际公司（简称：道达尔风投）日前携手湖北高投引导基金管理有限公司（简称：湖北高投）与凯辉基金签署战略框架合作协议，正式启动凯辉智慧能源基金，该基金将致力于投资中国能源领域。

Total Energy Ventures (‘TEV’), Hubei High Technology Investment Guiding Fund Management Co., Ltd. (‘Hubei High Tech’), and Cathay Capital have signed a Heads of Agreement to launch the Cathay Smart Energy Fund, an investment fund dedicated to energy sector in China.

凯辉智慧能源基金将专注于投资中国能源行业中的新技术和新商业模式，尤其是可再生能源、能源互联网、储能、分布式能源、智慧能源以及低碳能源业务。

The fund will focus its investments on emerging technologies and new business models of the Chinese energy sector, notably renewable energy, energy internet, energy storage, distributed energy, smart energy and low carbon activities.

该基金将有助于道达尔在中国探索新的商业模式和技术。

It will allow Total to explore new opportunities in China and identify new business models and technologies.

道达尔风投和湖北高投将分别认购5,000万美元（约合3亿元人民币）。在首批认购之后，其他合作伙伴将加入基金，基金总规模预计将达到15亿元人民币（约合2.5亿美元）。

TEV and Hubei High Tech will invest around 300 million RMB in the fund (50 million USD) each. Following the first closing, other partners will join the fund with a target final volume of capital of over 1,5 billion RMB (around 250 million USD).

Westpac appoints new Shanghai General Manager

澳大利亚第一家银行澳大利亚西太平洋银行宣布选聘姚枚拟任上海分行行长兼中国区企业负责人，旨在加强客户沟通，并进一步发展该地区业务。

Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac), Australia’s first bank, has announced the appointment of May Yao, General Manager, Shanghai Branch and the Head of Corporates, China, to further deepen its client connectivity and build business relationships across the region.

姚枚常驻上海，将于3月31日入职。姚枚拥有超过20年的金融从业经验，她将全面负责管理和营运上海分行，并负责领导中国企业客户的业务发展。

Based in Shanghai, May Yao assumes her appointment on 31 March . May brings with her more than 20 years of experience and will be responsible for managing the Shanghai branch overseeing all branch operations, regulatory relationships, as well as responsibility for Westpac’s corporate client businesses in China.

加入澳大利亚西太平洋银行之前，姚枚曾担任西班牙对外银行上海分行行长兼董事总经理，中国企业银行部总监。她曾领导开立西班牙对外银行上海分行，同时负责为所有境内外中国企业客户提供全面金融服务。

Prior to joining Westpac, May was Branch Manager and Managing Director, Head of Global Client Coverage, China, for BBVA where she led the launch of its Shanghai branch and it’s the team responsible for the overall onshore and offshore China corporate client businesses.

姚枚还在桑坦德银行、法国兴业银行企业和投资银行部及荷兰银行担任过若干高级职位。

May has also held senior positions at Banco Santander, Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and ABN AMRO.
